This wheel comprised of a favorable all around profile and high quality elements from Sapim and Zipp adds up to an elegant option for all levels of rider.

TUNED STIFFNESS

A wheel isn't just a rim, hub and spokes, rather a system which works together and where many elements have an effect on performance. Spoke tension makes a massive difference to the stiffness and feel of a wheel.

ANGLED SPOKE HOLES

Matching the angle of the spoke hole to the angle that the spoke leaves the rim at means that we can greatly reduce the stress at the spoke head. Implementing this technology requires added design and manufacturing work but the result is a far more reliable wheel with less chance of breaking spokes.

J-BEND SPOKES

In our reliability testing j-bend spokes show a significant increase in fatigue resistance, meaning a wheel which stays true and strong for longer.

SECURE NIPPLE LOCK

We apply a custom threadlock liquid to each nipple individually. This liquid creates increased friction between the threaded part of the spoke and the nipple, eliminating the air between them, ensuring that the spokes don't lose tension, whilst allowing adjustments if needed.

MINI HOOK

For high performance road bikes our mini-hook design gives improved aerodynamics, more tyre choice and more set-up options.

INTERNAL WIDTHS

For those who want the widest tyre choice, our RP road wheels use a wide, but not too wide, 21mm internal width, maximising compatability with tyres from 25-32mm.
